I SOLD a condo the other day that I am yet to see due to an amazing referral. One of my repeat /referral clients called and connected me with a friend of his who wanted to write an offer on a condo that was already in a multiple offer situation. I met with the client at her office, we wrote the offer, and I submitted it to a law firm who was handling the deal. We also sent the deal to the mortgage broker who was handling financing, and got the financing approval before the offers were even reviewed. This gave us the ability to remove the only condition before the offers were even considered, which gave us a huge advantage over offers with conditions. Believe it or not, the buyer had a friend who lived in the complex, and therefore had already received, and reviewed the condo docs before we even met. Congrats to my new client who just bought herself a new condo. I cannot wait to see it on possession day!
